This 5-day trip will take you on a journey through the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco to the highest peak in Morocco and all of North Africa, the famous Mount Toubkal at 4,167m.
The trek is accompanied by professional English-speaking local guides who have excellent knowledge of trekking in the region. You will also be supported by a full crew of cooks, muleteers, a tour manager and a member of the Farleigh Hospice Fundraising Team.
You will be camping for two nights, the summit day is tough and the terrain is steep and you will trek for up to 8 hours per day, starting early in the morning. Although challenging, the trek is achievable for anyone with a good level of fitness who has trained appropriately. All your hard work pays off after you reach the top and are greeted by spectacular views over the Atlas Mountains and even as far as the Sahara.

You will need to cover the cost of your personal expenses, vaccinations, travel insurance, tips, trek kit and equipment.

Option 1
Registration fee of £345 and fundraise £1,150 by 17 May 2024 and the tour cost balance will be paid by the hospice.
Option 2
Registration fee of £345 and pay your own trip cost balance of £575 by 31 May 2024. Fundraise whatever you want with no set target or deadline, but we recommend you aim for a minimum of £500.
