Farleigh Hospice is committed to high standards in all aspects of its work. All of our staff whether clinical, administrative, retail or fundraising, we wish to give you the best possible service. It is reassuring for us to know we are providing a good service and meeting the high standards of care and services that we set for ourselves. So please let us know what you think. We take all feedback seriously as it gives us a chance to check what we are doing and improve or pass on your positive comments to our team.

To help us process your request efficiently, be sure to include your full name, date of birth, and any relevant details. Being open

We at Farleigh Hospice will do as much as possible to keep you safe whilst you are using our services. We aim to minimise the occurrence of errors. If things do go wrong or errors occur we will be open with you and do what we can to learn from them. Lessons learned will help prevent incidents from recurring. If any aspect of our care or services gives cause for concern please let us know. In most cases we hope concern can be resolved immediately but if not they will be fully investigated, dealt with sympathetically and in complete confidence.
