Funeral Collections
Thank you for supporting Farleigh Hospice at this challenging time. We understand how difficult it is to cope with the loss of your loved one, and we send our deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your family.
Asking friends and family to donate at your loved one’s funeral is a lovely way to honour their memory and support a cause that is close to your heart. There are different ways to give in memory at a funeral and we are here to help you make your tribute heartfelt and meaningful.
In Person Funeral Collection
If you are gathering in person collections, we offer collection packs containing everything you need: a collection box for cash and cheques, a personalised in memory dedication card and envelopes for those wishing to provide their details for gift aid. Getting your pack is easy. Envelopes can be sent direct to your home address. Alternatively, collection boxes and envelopes can be picked up from our main hospice building in North Court Road, Chelmsford, CM1 7FH or from one of our 16 stores across mid Essex, details can be found here
To order your pack, simply contact us via email at tributes@farleighhospice.org or by calling 01245 457411. Where possible, please allow five working days to arrange delivery.
Online Funeral Collections
Setting up an online funeral collection page is a thoughtful way to honour your loved one's memory while simplifying the donation process for friends and family. You can personalise the page by adding photos and heartfelt messages, creating a meaningful tribute that truly reflects their life.
These pages also alleviate the stress of collecting money on the day of the funeral and allow those unable to attend to still participate and show their support. Online pages also make it easier to claim Gift Aid, potentially increasing donations by 25%.
At Farleigh Hospice, we are partnered with MuchLoved to provide Everlasting Tributes — an online tribute site where you can share stories, videos, and photos, provide funeral details, and make in memory donations. It's a beautiful and convenient way to honour your loved one's memory and involve friends and family in celebrating their life.

You can make a donation over the phone by calling a member of our Donations Team on 01245 457351. Please call Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
To donate by post, please send a cheque made payable to Farleigh Hospice to Farleigh Hospice, North Court Road, Chelmsford CM1 7FH.
