Create a lasting tribute to your loved one with our Memory Tree, a stunning sculpture nestled within the serene surroundings of our hospice garden.
Honour someone special in your life with a personalised message on one of our bronze leaves or hearts, to be displayed on our tree as a lasting tribute.
Whether your loved one received care from us or not, everyone is welcome to place a tribute. It serves as a peaceful sanctuary for reflection, offering a place to cherish memories, special moments, anniversaries, or birthdays.
Memory Tree dedications services
In memory of your loved one, we invite you to a Memory Tree Dedication service, exclusively for your family and friends. This special service enables you to visit our hospice and personally place your tribute on our Memory Tree. Our Spiritual Care team will be there to provide a dedicated service tailored to your preferences, whether religious or non-religious.
Following the dedication, you're welcome to join us in our sanctuary, where you can light a candle and cherish precious family moments while enjoying refreshments. These services are provided at no extra cost and are entirely optional, designed to offer comfort and solace during this time of remembrance.
Alternatively, you can personally place your tribute on our Memory Tree, or if you prefer, we can place it on your behalf. In either case, we'll ensure that you receive a photo of your leaf or heart proudly displayed on the tree.

Ordering your Memory Tree Tribute
You can dedicate a leaf or heart for one year with a minimum donation of £120, either as a one-time gift or as £10 per month by direct debit (minimum 12 months). At the end of the 12 months, we will contact you to discuss your options for continuing your dedication on the Memory Tree or returning your tribute for you to cherish at home.
