Wildlife videos from Farleigh

We have a Birdsy camera on one of our bird feeders in the garden at our Chelmsford Hospice.

Each of the rooms on our Inpatient Unit look out onto our gardens and bird feeders.

A variety of British birds including blue tits, great tits, sparrows, dunnocks, nuthatches, long tailed tits, magpies, starlings, robins, and even the occasional woodpecker and parakeet visit the feeders. We also have grey squirrels.

You view a selection of videos from our camera below.

We also post clips on our Birdsy camera page.

Our camera is courtesy of Denis Stretton with help from Wildlife Kate

The bird feeders at Farleigh are kindly supplied and supported by the Essex Birdwatching Society.

If you would be interested in donating bird feed to keep our feathered friends happy, please contact our Fundraising Team by email at fundraising@farleighhospice.org or call 01245 457411
