Supporter Engagement Survey
Farleigh Hospice could not provide the care and support that we do for people within mid Essex who need us, without the ongoing support of our local community.
We are always keen to better understand how and why people choose to support us and how we can ensure that we are engaging with our supporters so that they feel valued and are informed about the impact of their support.
We would like to encourage as many of our supporters as possible to share their views in our Supporter Engagement Survey. By taking part, you will be helping us to identify what we are doing well and what we could do better so that we can adapt and improve our practices.
The survey should take no more than 7 to 10 minutes to complete.
Your response will help us to ensure that you, our supporters, feel valued and well-informed about the impact of your support.
