Policies

Farleigh Hospice ensures we ensure we give the best care and support to anyone affected by life-limiting illness and bereavement in our local community. Staff and patients' safety and care are also important to us. Please view our updated policies below.

Farleigh's Zero Tolerance Policy

We have updated our Prevention and Management of Aggression and Violence policy to become our new Zero Tolerance Policy with a Zero Tolerance statement soon to be displayed in our buildings/shops/website. Sadly, people don’t always treat our staff and volunteers with the respect they deserve, and it is important we deal with it correctly and professionally.

Please read our Zero Tolerance Policy
