Strategic Plan 2022 - 2026
We are pleased to now be in a position to share our new Strategic Plan with you. This plan will guide us in our direction of travel over the next four years so Farleigh Hospice can continue to be a centre of excellence, leading the way in hospice care and education.
Governance Structure
Farleigh Hospice is committed to ensuring that patient safety is both an organisational priority and the responsibility of all hospice staff as a part of an ‘everybody’s business’ approach. We will achieve assurance at the highest level through arrangements that are structured to address risk, discuss incidents and learn from them, and ensure that this is disseminated through every part of the organisation.
Freedom to speak up guardian
Farleigh Hospice has Freedom to Speak up Guardian, Liz Fox, one of our Trustees, who is happy to talk to anyone who has concerns and feel they are not being listened to. Liz can be contacted confidentially by emailing FreedomToSpeakUp@farleighhospice.org.
