As a van assistant you will transport stock to and from the charity shops and other pick up locations as well as delivering stock and donated goods to customers and shops.


What you'll do
  • Assist with furniture removals and house clearances of donated items
  • Take stock between shops and pick up old stock
  • Help transport equipment to and from events when needed
  • Complete necessary paperwork, Gift Aid forms etc
  • Contact customers to agree time slots for home collections/delivery
  • Undertake appropriate training
  • Provide excellent customer service to any donors, customers and Farleigh staff and volunteers
