We are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and forwarding thinking Team Leader to join our Response Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and forward thinking way to deliver a more integrated approach to end of life care across Mid Essex.

With the Manager Response Teams you will provide clinical leadership to the Triage and Hospice at Home teams to ensure that patients receive care that is appropriate to their assessed needs. You will be required to lead on the day to day management of the Triage team and Hospice at Home Services. This will include the line management of the Nursing and Administrative teams. 

To apply you will need to be a Level 1 registered nurse with nursing experience in a variety of settings. You will need to have a degree in palliative care or related field and palliative care experience. Community experience would also be preferable. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership qualities and have a real commitment to delivering and developing services. This post will give you the opportunity to utilise leadership and influencing skills while ensuring the role remains embedded in clinical practice, working at expert level and ensuring high level clinical skills are delivered, maintained and extended.
