You will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with enquiries and arranging collections for donations and deliveries.

What you'll do
  • Good communication skills to talk to customers over the phone and in store
  • Follow administration processes accurately
  • Gain customer service skills
  • Enjoy team working with volunteers and staff
  • Complete necessary paperwork, Gift Aid forms etc
  • Undertake appropriate training
  • Provide excellent customer service to any donors, customers and Farleigh staff and volunteers
