Salary: £27,860 to £30,118 per annum (pro rata as appropriate)

(dependent on experience and completion of competencies)

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to an innovative post rotating within Community and the In Patient Unit

You will be responsible for providing high standards of palliative care in the community and in patient setting on a 6 monthly rotational basis. You will deliver hands on nursing care managing symptom control issues, and providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

We would like to hear from nurses who have experience in a hospital/community setting, specialities include but not limited to; oncology, palliative care, general medical and surgical, accident and emergency, critical care and community/district nursing

You will be required to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

  • First level registered General Nurse
  • Up to date and relevant qualifications / training
  • Be organised and have strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision
  • Capability to work remotely and flexibly

You will be required to work a variable day and night shift pattern and will receive an unsocial hour’s enhancement for nights, weekend and bank holiday working. All candidates must have a full clean driving license and have access to a car.
