Regional Sales Manager (South West and South Coast of England) Job Ref: 1857GD Hours per week: 37.5 Type of contract: Permanent Pay point: £28,000 per annum (plus bonus) Closing date: Midnight Sunday 22nd July 2018 Interview date: Monday 30th July 2018 This role is Field Based with regular travel and occasional overnight stays required. The Local Hospice Lottery Team has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join them within their rapidly expanding lottery sales business, in support of hospice care, working closely with 20 hospices throughout Great Britain. The role is to cover the South West and South Coast of England. As part of the Lottery Sales Team you will be able to demonstrate your leadership and motivational skills and contribute to an already successful business. The purpose of the role is to recruit, induct, manage, motivate and train a team of employed and self- employed field based sales people on a day-to-day basis, to sell membership in the Local Hospice Lottery to the public on behalf of our partner hospices in support of hospice care through door to door activity and at selected venues. The Regional Sales Manager will support the Head of Sales by providing ongoing training and in field coaching to all sales staff and to help ensure headcount and sales targets are achieved in line with company targets.
