Watch the full inspiring film, made by Dementia UK, about how Farleigh Hospice's Admiral Nurse Julie Green has made a huge difference to the lives of Sue and her mum Ann, who has dementia.

After a fall, carers recommended that Ann move into a nursing home for her own safety. After a 6 week recovery period from the fall, Ann returned home. After just 2 days however, Ann suffered a fall again and was admitted to A&E and later readmitted to a nursing home. Because of Ann's dementia, and her complex needs as a result, the nursing home struggled to care for her. Farleigh Hospice and our Admiral Nurse, Julie, we're able to help Ann and her daughter, Sue, manage her condition, allowing her to return to where she is happiest - at home.
