Farleigh Hospice is a respected local charity offering services to patients, carers and families across Mid-Essex. As well as a main premise in Chelmsford, we have a Maldon premise, 13 retail shops and a subsidiary business. If you are an experienced capable HR Advisor, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our evolving HR Team.

 

Reporting into the Head of HR Services the post holder will be responsible for supporting the introduction of a new HR database and the centralisation of the Learning and Development function.   As a proven HR generalist you will also support the HR team in the delivery of an outstanding HR service in managing sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary and other cases and be able to support and coach managers building effective working relationships.
