Back by popular demand the North Downs 50 has returned for 2023.
A fabulous challenge which takes in some of the best of the Surrey hills, the North Downs Way, and the surrounding countryside. A route with real variety and some wonderful scenery & views – and easily accessible from London!
Setting out from the Guildford basecamp, a looped 50km route takes in some of the best of the Surrey hills, the North Downs Way, and the surrounding countryside.
The North Downs 50 is not one to miss. You’ll get full support and hospitality, and with a 25km option also available, and university style accommodation at basecamp as a bookable extra – there’s a North Downs Challenge waiting for you in 2023!

Charity Sponsorship – you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!
- 50KM - £30 reg free and at least £395 charity sponsorship
- 25KM - £15 reg free and at least £245 charity sponsorship
Mixed Funding – you pay half the event place cost and fundraise a smaller minimum target.
- 50KM - £72.50 reg free and at least £220 charity sponsorship
- 25KM - £45 reg fee and at least £135 charity sponsorship
Self-Fund – you pay the full cost of the event place - fundraise whatever you want, with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity!
- 50KM - £129 reg fee and no fundraising commitment
- 25KM - £79 reg free and no fundraising commitment
