Remember your loved ones with our Forget-me-not reflection and celebration of life service and appeal.
Our Forget-me-not service takes place on Saturday 28 June at 3pm
This relaxed and informal event is open to anyone who would like to remember and honour the life of a loved one and is held in the gardens of our hospice in North Court Road, Chelmsford. The service will include readings and performances from the Farleigh Hospice choir as well as a time for quiet reflection. Refreshments will be available afterwards.
If possible, please bring with you a lightweight chair, stool or picnic blanket as we will only have limited seating available on the day. Please bring waterproofs or an umbrella if rain is forecast.

Andy and Gill's Story
Gill needed Farleigh Hospice’s help to care for her husband, Andy. She explains how the charity’s excellent care and support made a huge difference to her family at this difficult time.
"I can honestly say that the best part of our day was when Farleigh’s carers arrived. Their visits were so uplifting when we were having such a difficult time. Andy trusted them with his personal care and I was very happy to have them in our home. They were angels – every single one of them was fantastic."

Can you help us to continue to be there for people like Andy by donating to our Forget-me-not appeal?
There are hundreds of people in our community, who just like Andy, need our specialist care and compassion in the last few months of their life. Any donation you can make to our Forget-me-not appeal will help us to continue to be there for the people who need us.
As part of our appeal, you can leave your own special dedication in memory of a loved one when making your donation. This will be handwritten on a postcard and displayed on a beautiful heart at our remembrance service and then in our hospice building in Chelmsford.

As a thank you we will send you a card which includes a seed-imprinted Forget-me-not flower. You can write on this the name of your loved one and plant it in their memory.
