Forget-me-not, remember someone special this summer.
You are invited to join our ‘Forget-me-not’ appeal, a powerful and positive way to remember the life of someone special.

Open to anyone who would like to remember the life of a loved one, this short service will include; a number of readings, performances from the Farleigh Hospice choir and live music.
For children and young people attending the service, a special session will be provided by our Yo-Yo Bereavement team.
The service will also be live streamed on the Farleigh Hospice Facebook page, if you would prefer to participate virtually. To watch the service from home please visit facebook.com/FarleighHospice
