Places are limited and tickets will need to be pre-booked for each person attending.

You are invited to join our ‘Forget-me-not’ appeal, a powerful and positive way to remember the life of someone special.

Forget-me-not service

As part of this remembrance we will be holding a service in the grounds of Farleigh Hospice on Saturday 17 July at 2pm.

Open to anyone who would like to remember the life of a loved one, this short service will include; a number of readings, performances from the Farleigh Hospice choir and live music.

For children and young people attending the service, a special session will be provided by our Yo-Yo Bereavement team.

The service will also be live streamed on the Farleigh Hospice Facebook page, if you would prefer to participate virtually. To watch the service from home please visit

Please be assured we will be following all of the latest government COVID-19 safety guidelines. Tea and coffee will be available after the service and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

Decorate your own pot wrapper

This year we've created a special forget-me-not pot wrapper for kids to print and decorate. Click here to download your copy.

  • Download and print out your forget me not pot wrapper
  • Colour and decorate your wrapper using pens, pencils or crayons
  • Ask a grown up to help you cut out your wrapper
  • Place around your 10cm circumference plant pot and secure with sellotape.
