Forget me not, remember someone special this summer.
You are invited to join our ‘Forget-me-not’ appeal, a powerful and positive way to remember the life of someone special.
As part of this remembrance, we are holding our forget-me-not service online via Facebook and YouTube on Saturday 18th July at 2pm. Open to anyone who would like to remember the life of a loved one, this short service will include a number of readings and performances, along with a display of photos of people special to you.
To watch the service from home please join the Forget-me-not event on the Farleigh Hospice Facebook page www.facebook.com/FarleighHospice or you can watch through the Farleigh Hospice YouTube channel www.youtube.com/FarleighHospice

This year we have launched our first online Forget-me-not memory page, where you can remember your loved one by sharing your stories, pictures, and thoughts. Visit farleighhospice.memorypage.org/forgetmenot to share your memory now and make a donation.
Forget-me-not photos and tags
If you would like to share a photo to be included in the service, please email your photo to email@example.com no later than Friday 10th July. You can also write your special memories, thoughts, and feelings on one of our forget-me-not tags. If you haven't received a tag and would like one please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
