If you add the name of your loved one and a tribute message this will be handwritten onto a postcard and displayed on our beautiful, cherished heart at the remembrance service and then in our hospice building in Chelmsford.

Gift Aid

Add an extra 25% at no cost to you with Gift Aid.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by Farleigh Hospice from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK tax payer. Please notify us if you: a) want to cancel this declaration, b) change your name or home address or c) no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
