You are invited to join our ‘Forget-me-not’ appeal, a powerful and positive way to remember the life of someone special.
As part of this remembrance we will be holding a service in the grounds of Farleigh Hospice on Saturday 17 July at 2pm.
Open to anyone who would like to remember the life of a loved one, this short service will include; a number of readings, performances from the Farleigh Hospice choir and live music. Click here to find out more.
