Local Hospice Lottery has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance & Operations to join them within the rapidly expanding lottery sales business, in support of hospice care working closely with 20 hospices throughout Great Britain.

 

As part of the Lottery Leadership Team you will be able to demonstrate your innovation and leadership skills and contribute to an already successful business, which has seen membership in the weekly draw and turnover double within the last 3 years.

 

You will be joining the company at an exciting point in its development as Local Hospice Lottery restructures itself, implementing a number of new projects to further enhance its growing reputation within the hospice movement.

 

For this role we are seeking a qualified accountant with a strong mix of financial, operational and management skills. The successful candidate will lead and manage a robust financial accounting service and oversee operational teams in developing and negotiating strategies and solutions, with responsibility for integrity and scrutiny of financial and operational affairs.
