Come and join us at an exciting time in our journey. We are embarking on a new strategy and developing new models of care for those who need hospice care in mid Essex.

Farleigh Hospice exists to meet the needs of local people affected by life-limiting illnesses and to support those who have been bereaved. By giving people choice and involvement in the care they receive we make a real difference when and where it matters most. We are moving to improved access to services for all meeting a wider range of needs and looking to recruit to posts key to this development.

A career at Farleigh Hospice could be the most rewarding career move you’ll ever make.

We are looking for a caring, highly motivated individual to join our Day and Therapy Services team. The successful candidate will lead and co-ordinate the provision of a wellbeing and complementary therapy service to people accessing Farleigh Hospice services. They will be responsible for developing our established service through recruitment and training of volunteers to enable us to deliver a safe and holistic service. They will need to have a good understanding of how complementary therapy can benefit people living with a variety of life limiting-illnesses and their carers. The candidate will need excellent communication skills to be able educate others in the wellbeing service purpose, evidence base and value.
