Salary: £25,099 - £29,527 per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse interested in the challenging but rewarding field of Palliative Care.

You will work alongside the Multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients and their family in their usual place of residence. This includes managing a range of patient care activities in liaison with the Community Nurse and Key Worker, and assisting in the supervision and training of the team of Healthcare Assistants.

Palliative care experience is essential and community experience desirable.
