Online Support Groups for Single Parents
Our support groups for single parents will take place over 7 weeks (6 weekly sessions with a one week break) and cover topics related to the impact of bereavement on child behaviour and development, understanding grief, coping mechanisms and improving communication.
We will also look at how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted families and ways they can cope. We hope these groups will enable participants to meet other single parents who are going through similar experiences and help to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
