Farleigh Consultant Email Service (FaCES) is specifically designed for General Practitioners.
The service is consultant-led and offers non-urgent information and advice.
Through the service you will be able to access:
- Consultant level support, in a secure, confidential and timely manner
- Expert advice on the appropriateness of a referral to Farleigh Hospice
- Signposting to alternative services/care pathways
- If a referral is not required the team can provide relevant advice and support
