Help Overcoming Problems Effectively (HOPE) is a cognitive based group therapy programme aimed at promoting positive thinking, run by accredited facilitators. The HOPE facilitators aim to deliver guidance with the use of evidence based activities, offering to give carers time to reflect and develop self-management techniques to manage emotional, lifestyle, and physical changes and challenges.
