Due to the commencement of building works taking place on Hospital Approach, some visitors to Farleigh Hospice may find that they have restricted access, or may have to queue at temporary traffic lights for access.

The works are due to begin on Monday 24th July 2017, and are planned to complete on Wednesday 31st January 2018.

Works are expected to take place between 8am and 7pm on weekdays and between 8am and 1pm on Saturdays.

We will advise of any closures to North Court Road as soon as we are aware, but please note that your journey make take longer as a result of these works.

Update Friday 18th August 2017

We have now been advised that North Court Road will be closed for resurfacing on Tuesday 22nd August 2017.

Because of this, we will be opening our exit barrier for both entry and exit. Please be aware that as a result, you may face traffic delays in the area surrounding the hospice.


Update Tuesday 22nd August 2017

We have been informed that the road closure has been delayed until Wednesday 23rd August 2017.


Update Thursday 24th August 2017

North Court Road has now been reopened, but has a temporary speed limit of 20mph due to loose chippings.


Update Monday 30th October 2017

We have been advised that the works have been extended, and are likely to continue until January 2018.
