Patients & Carers Social Group

On Friday 17th February we launched our brand new social club in Maldon. The weekly meetup is the place to be for a friendly chat over a hot cup of tea or coffee with a side-order of exciting activities, games and quizzes. The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 1:30pm until 4:00pm at Maldon Methodist Church, High Street, Maldon, CM9 5BS.

Bereavement Support Group

The Maldon Bereavement Support Group reopened on Monday 20th February and will now be held on the third Monday of every month from 10.30am to 12pm at Plantation Hall, Colchester Rd, Maldon CM9 4AL. The group is open to anyone who has been bereaved and would like to talk to those in a similar situation.

Farleigh Bookworms

If you love getting lost in the world of literature, then Farleigh Bookworms is the group for you! Members meet each
month to talk about the group’s chosen book in a relaxed environment, positively humming with thoughts and opinions, before being handed the next story to read.

The group is open to anyone who has used Farleigh’s services both past and present. Bookworms in Maldon is held on the first Friday of every month from 11am to 12.30pm at the Methodist Church Hall, High Street, Maldon CM9 5BS.

Farleigh in Maldon Building up for Sale

Our former building in the Bentalls Centre in Maldon has gone up for sale on the open market as we continue
the search for our future Maldon site. The sale is being marketed by Fenn Wright Commercial, and we are hopeful for a speedy sale to help fund the purchase of a new location for our day hospice.
