Future Farleigh - Engaging with our Community

Have your say on Farleigh Hospice's future priorities for improvement

Farleigh Hospice is required to produce an annual Quality Account, which is a report to the public from providers of NHS healthcare about the quality of clinical services they deliver and is posted on the NHS Choices website.

Listed below are 5 possible future priorities for improvements for 2018 – 2019, which have been selected for consultation.

It would be helpful if you could let us know if you agree with the list? Or do you have any other ideas?

We only need a minimum of 3 to be selected so which would you choose?

  1. Communication and engagement campaign to improve people’s understanding of hospice care
  2. Enhanced Community Services – improving hospice care in the community
  3. New model to deliver hospice education to care homes and the community
  4. Developing a team of Ambassadors who will be interested in helping people understand what the hospice does
  5. Continued refurbishment of the Inpatient unit – improve facilities for our patients

Let us know your views by the 20th April 2018 by contacting Susan Bridger, Quality Improvement Lead, [email protected]
