Farleigh Hospice are pleased to announce that they are opening a new homeware store within the Townrow building on Braintree High Street.

The new store is the result of the relocation of the charity’s Witham furniture store, with the new retail shop being launched in January 2017. The new shop, located within the Townrow building, will continue the Witham store’s focus on furniture, whilst also selling smaller homeware items such as linens, lamps, and other decorative homeware items.

If you have any items which you would like to donate; please either deliver the items to the existing Braintree shop, or call 01376 331871 to arrange a collection time to suit you.

Farleigh Hospice would also like to announce the recruitment of Paul Connell to the position of Multi-Site Manager, managing both the existing and new stores on Braintree High Street.

Paul currently manages the existing Braintree store, and we at Farleigh Hospice are confident in his ability to bring the same level of professionalism and compassion to his new role as Multi-Site Manager.

Jonathan Stokes, Retail Manager

Farleigh Hospice are now launching an appeal for volunteers to work in their new store, as well as the existing Braintree store, which recently celebrated 25 years of Farleigh Hospice in Braintree.

For information on the benefits of volunteering for Farleigh Hospice, and to register your interest, please visit the existing Farleigh Hospice shop on Braintree High Street, or call 01376 343003, and ask for Paul Connell.

We are delighted to confirm that Farleigh Hospice will be taking over a small section of our Braintree store, from the 9th January 2016.  All of our staff and departments have already been moved into the existing store.  Farleigh Hospice have been established since 1982 and is a charity we fully support for their excellent work in the local community.

Edward Townrow, Managing Director, Townrow
