The village of Galleywood dates back to early medieval times and sits aside a Roman road. From all approaches, Galleywood is separated either by open farmland, wooded slopes, or green areas giving a rural feel to both visitors and residents. Come along to see ten local gardens in full summer bloom!

Refreshments, plant sales, toilets and some gardens with disabled access will be available. 

Entrance is £5 per person (accompanied under 16s free). Your online booking confirmation email can be exchanged for an event programme on the day at Galleywood Heritage Centre, Margaretting Road, The Common, Galleywood, CM2 8TR. 

Advance tickets can also be bought from our charity shops in Galleywood and Moulsham Lodge, or on the day from the Galleywood Heritage Centre, Margaretting Road, The Common, Galleywood, CM2 8TR.

Parking is also available at the Galleywood Heritage Centre, CM2 8TR and on the road throughout Galleywood. If parking on the road, please respect the entrances to residents properties.
