Its aim is to help support people through their grief by providing information and sharing coping strategies. Our courses will take place at the Chelmsford Hospice or Maldon Day Hospice. The course concentrates on looking at what grief is and why it affects everyone differently. It focuses on ways to help you manage the day to day impact of your loss, while also emphasising the strengths you already possess and the good things in your life. When is it? 6 week course, running on Wednesdays from 1.30pm–4pm. Starting 1st November 2017. Who can attend? Anyone who has been bereaved, aged 18+ Where is it held?
