The support that Farleigh Hospice receives from the local community is overwhelming and we would like to build on that by forming a long term partnership with your school or college. So, whether you are a teacher or a student, please read on….
There are so many ways you can get involved:
Education
Let us challenge your perception of what a hospice is by coming to your school during a lesson or assembly or come and see for yourself what it is like by visiting Farleigh Hospice. We have just launched a Farleigh Hospice DVD that we can take out to your school or college – see first hand what we do
Recycling
We would like to help you to recycle goods you no longer need. Farleigh Hospice is able to collect any old school uniforms, shoes, text books, mobile phones or ink cartridges and receive recycling credits in return.
Volunteering
If you are over 16 or over, you might be able to become a volunteer at Hospice
Fundraising
Farleigh Hospice has to raise £7,750 every day to be able to provide care free of charge to its patients. So, why not do something fun and creative and get the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping a vitally needed local cause?
Whichever way you decide to get involved with Farleigh Hospice, we will support you as much as possible with personalised sponsor forms, collecting tins, posters etc.
