In memory donations

We realise that this may be a particularly difficult time for you and we would like to thank you for considering supporting our vital work with donations in memory of your loved one.  Whilst flowers fade, your donation to Farleigh Hospice will be an enduring gift and will have a real impact on the lives of local people with life limiting illnesses.

Last year donations made in memory of loved ones funded the care of hundreds of our patients.  If you would like donations to be sent to Farleigh Hospice, please talk to your funeral director who can make the arrangements.  Alternatively, complete the form here to request donation envelopes.
