In-Patient Care

We  have a total of 15 beds, with 10 beds currently in use.  9 of these beds are in single rooms. These offers 24 hour care to patients who have  complex needs such as pain or symptom issues. 

Admissions to the ward are usually for one to two weeks.  Patients receive 24 hour care and have access to the full range of clinical services which include:-

The team aims to meet the patient/family needs during their stay and enable them to return home. Some patients come to Farleigh and spend their final days there.

3 to 4 days repsite admissions are available to give families/carers a break from caring.

All our rooms have ensuite toilet facilities and access to individual patio areas.  Each room has a television with Freeview, a DVD player, a private telephone and there is a laptop available for patient use.
