With the continued support of local accountancy and business advisory firm MacIntyre Hudson LLP, the 14th annual ‘Cycle for Life for Farleigh Hospice’ will be taking place on Sunday 12th September 2010. The longer 50km route visits
all 8 of the beautiful Essex Rodings, whilst the shorter 20km route (ideal for the beginner or younger cyclist) visits the scenic villages of Pleshey, Great Waltham and Mashbury.

                                         

Last year 940 people took part in a day which provided fun for all ages and between them they raised nearly £56,000 in sponsorship. This money has played a big part in funding the care and support we have provided, totally free of charge, to local people affected by life limiting illnesses over the past year. And as the need for our services continues to grow each year, we are hoping that with your help and support, this year’s ‘Cycle for Life’ will be bigger and more successful than ever before!

Registration for this event has now closed, however you can still join in the fun by registering on the day at a cost of £25 per adult and £15 per child. Please download and complete the On The Day Registration Form (One per cyclist) and bring this with you on the day with appropriate means of payment; cash, cheque with supported cheque card or debit/credit card. If arriving by car, you will need to park at Chelmer Valley High School and proceed to Farleigh Hospice by bike. Please arrive at Farleigh Hospice between 8.30am & 9.30am to take part in the 50km ride and 9.30am and 10.30am to take part in the 20km ride.
