Keith has lived in Chelmsford for over 30 years, married with one daughter and two grandchildren.

Work Experience:
February 1998 to date – set up own business advising businesses on a range of financial matters, including balance sheet restructure, raising finance and capital, revising or finding alternative banking facilities.  Also advising clients on Business Planning including marketing strategy, putting programmes into place, monitoring and, if appropriate, making changes.

He also holds non-executive Directorships with a range of companies, and was recently appointed to the board of the Mid Essex Clinical Commissioning Group.

He is a regional member of The Consumer Council for Water Central & Eastern Committee, and  prior to this, was a  Senior Manager with the Co-operative Bank Plc, Chelmsford Business Centre. Responsible for all the Corporate Business Accounts within entire Anglian Region.

Community Activities:
Elected member of Chelmsford Borough Council for 12 years, 1979-1991, eight years of which 1983-1991 Leader of the Council.  Chaired various committees including Policy & Resources, Establishment, Special Events.

Has held a variety of positions with charities and voluntary organisations, and was instrumental in re-establishing the Chelmsford Council for Voluntary Services, as well as chairing the Awards for All Eastern Region Committee, amongst others.
